Once the Polaris OEM plastic breather cover gets hot, it warps and lifts away from the OEM rubber seal in the span between the bolts. Tightening the bolts on the OEM plastic cover only makes the problem worse. The close proximity of some aftermarket full exhaust systems can really cause havoc with the OEM plastic breather cover.
